As an Office Triage LPN at Twin Cities Physicians, you'll work in a fast-paced office setting where your clinical skills and communication will directly impact patients, families, and providers across senior living communities. This is not your typical desk job—

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Triage incoming phone calls from patients, families, and facility staff
• Collaborate with providers and admin teams to ensure timely patient care
• Process and review provider orders, standing orders, and clinical updates
• Reconcile medications, prepare charts, and update EMR systems
• Respond to faxes, calls, and internal communications with professionalism and urgency
• Hold an active LPN license in Minnesota
• Have experience in senior care or primary care settings
• Are confident using EMR platforms like PCC or Eldermark
• Thrive in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments
• Pay strong attention to detail and value teamwork
