Job OverviewResideo is committed to "Protecting What Matters Most". As the newest addition to our Inside Sales Team, you will play a key role in driving sales for specific customer accounts in your assigned region.
Responsibilities- Active outbound calling campaigns with occasional cold calling.
- Inbound sales and product support.
- Strategic account management within assigned region.
- Deliver value proposition to customers.
- Manage sales cycle momentum.
- Deliver communications to customers.
- Drive new customer leads to outside sales teams and serve as liaison among various stakeholders.
- Analyze sales statistics and business needs to provide recommendations to customers and stakeholders.
- 1+ year(s) of sales experience with a demonstrated ability to attain sales quotas/targets.
- Experience interfacing with customers.
- Proven ability to influence at varying levels across organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently.
- Prior related industry experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
