• Monday through Friday.
• On call rotation is 1 week every 5-6 weeks, when needed.
• Hours between 7:00AM-5:30PM. Usually 8:00AM-4:30PM.

• Troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems.
• Maintaining plumbing systems.
• Inspecting and servicing HVAC systems.
• Painting, drywall repair, and carpentry.
• Other job duties as assigned.

• Strong Customer Service focus.
• At least 5 years Building Maintenance experience.
• CPO certification, preferred.
• Special Boiler's license, preferred.
• A commitment to quality in your work.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems effectively.

$28-$32 per hour.
