Compensation: $22 - $28 /hour, depending on experience

Inceed has partnered with a global manufacturing company to help find a skilled Accounts Payable Associate to join their team!

Join a dynamic team as an Accounts Payable Associate, where you'll manage payments, control expenses, and enhance systems and tools. This contract position offers the potential to convert to full-time employment. Work onsite near Golden, Colorado. This opportunity is open due to the need for additional support on the team.

• Process invoices and supplier payments via Procure-to-Pay system
• Manage the PCard program, including issuing and maintaining cards
• Perform GL maintenance for PCard activity
• Research and resolve PCard issues, reporting concerns as needed
• Maintain supplier master records and process year-end 1099 forms
• Reconcile statements and assist in accounts payable audits
• Verify vendor information and resolve late payments
• Support system enhancements with Procurement
• Maintain and update accounts payable procedures
• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of relevant accounts payable experience
• Strong attention to detail with proficiency in basic math and language skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse backgrounds
• Come from a mid to large size company

• Experience in a larger environment
• Background in both AR and AP
• Comfortable working in a small team with high responsibility
