• Manage accounts receivable and collections activities for major retail clients
• Perform reconciliations within retailer and customer portals, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies promptly
• Conduct manual billing using JD Edwards and Net Suite, ensuring invoices are accurate and processed on schedule
• 6-month contract position

• 1–3+ years of Accounts Receivable or collections experience in a retail or consumer goods environment
• Familiarity with retailer portals (Walmart, Amazon, Costco, Target, Safeway, etc.) required
• Experience performing manual billing
• Experience with JD Edwards and/or Net Suite is a plus
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with close attention to detail
