Typical day

As a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist
, you will manage client interactions, ensuring a confident and informed experience. You will greet clients, match them with the appropriate tax professional, schedule appointments, and make sure all client needs are met in person, by phone, or virtually. You will maintain office cleanliness and collaborate with team members. The role may include other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
  • Sales or marketing experience
  • Experience in a fast‑paced environment
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Excellent multi‑tasking, organizational, and time‑management skills
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office

Pay Range

$11.00 - $27.00 per hour. Local minimum wage laws apply. Successful candidates may participate in incentive compensation plans. Benefits and coverage details are available upon hire.
