Full‑time –
Salary: $18 – $20 per hour

Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service to patients, staff and external stakeholders through timely, professional communication.
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of incoming and outgoing mailings.
- Organize and scan business office correspondence and process returned mail accurately.
- Monitor and respond to e‑mail communications promptly.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Exercise sound judgment and maintain discretion in all interactions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support daily operations.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous healthcare experience preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Ability to maintain quality control standards and meet deadlines.
- Detail‑oriented with the capacity to communicate with team members at all levels.
- Sound judgment and discretion in all interactions.
Hearing:
Adequate to perform job duties in person and over the phone.
Speaking:
Must be able to clearly communicate in person and over the phone.
Vision:
Adequate visual acuity to read printed information and computer screens.
Physical ability sufficient for manual dexterity; duties may include bending, reaching, repetitive hand movements, standing, walking, squatting, sitting, and occasional heavy lifting, pushing, and pulling. Work environment is typical of an office setting; tasks may be fast‑paced and intense with constant interaction. Schedule may include occasional evenings, early mornings, and weekends.
