We are hiring a Car Washer (flat rate) professional to provide high‑quality car washing and detailing services. The candidate will work at an auto appearance center serving dealership customers.

The detailer will:

• Wash the exterior of vehicles using various cleaning solutions.
• Wax and buff vehicles with cloths and buffing machines.
• Vacuum interior, clean upholstery and surfaces, dry using air compressors, and apply preservation chemicals.
• Clean and remove grease from engines or engine compartments.
• Maintain shop facilities and equipment to produce high‑quality service.
• Provide excellent customer service and timely responses to inquiries or complaints.

• Physically demanding: bending, lifting, reaching, squatting, and repeated vehicle entry.
• Outdoor work in varying climate conditions.
• Handling up to 50 lbs. and frequently moving vehicles.
• Use of OSHA‑approved waxes and cleaners.
• Continuous communication via oral instructions.
• Attention to detail to detect imperfections.
• Adherence to uniform and grooming standards.

Flat rate per vehicle (details to be discussed during interview).

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Quick learner and team player.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Respect for clients’ vehicles.
• Reliability: on time and task focused.
• Drive both automatic and manual shift vehicles.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and production‑required days.
