Also mentors junior team members, optimizing processes with advanced tools and software, and serves as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.
EssentialJob Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align on client objectives, ensuring best practices for space allocation and shelf placement, and deliver presentations and recommendations for assortment and space optimization solutions.
- Gather customer insights and competitive data to support business objectives; interpret analytical results and deliver clear, concise information across the business.
- Create and communicate merchandising presentations on strategies to enhance the consumer shopping experience; support team members in retailer‑facing meetings as needed.
- Act as key business partner and advisor for merchandising organization on all matters related to space planning/analytics and planogram/floor plans.
- Manage and maintain spatial information workflows and analytics and make recommendations for optimizing processes.
- May lead or support a team (no direct reports), delegating workload and ensuring consistent project completion.

- Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent job‑related experience. - Experience:
4‑6 years with planograms or floor plans; analysis experience in a professional setting; experience in merchandising is a plus. - Skills:
Self‑directed work ethic; strong prioritization; excellent written and oral communication; well‑organized; attention to detail; intellectual curiosity; strong work ethic; proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
