Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Overview:
Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service/Account Manager in Golden, CO! This role is essential for fostering strong client relationships while ensuring operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage client invoicing and billing processes promptly and accurately.
* Conduct monthly warehouse audits to maintain inventory integrity and performance standards.
* Perform quality control checks to guarantee client satisfaction.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support issues, providing exceptional service and solutions.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in customer service, account management, or sales.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.

* Proficient in accounting and warehouse management software.
* Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
