Overview
Golden Dental Care is seeking a Temporary Front Office Assistant to join our friendly team while one of our front desk team members is on maternity leave! We place great emphasis on teamwork and promote collaborative efforts within our team. The best candidate for this role has strong attention to detail and a patient-centered mindset. Compensation: $22-25 per hour, based on experienceSchedule & Details
- Full-time
- Monday through Friday
- Temporary - This position is to cover a maternity leave
Job Duties
- Answer inbound calls and return voicemails
- Check patients in
- Occasionally check patients out
- Check insurance eligibility
- Import specialist reports and new patient records into PMS
Qualifications
- Prior front office experience in a dental setting is required
- Knowledge of Dentrix software
