Job Description

RCM is looking for a full time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for an elementary ASD Center. This is a full time position during the 2025/2026 school year, in person at the school location. Interviews conducted now.

This position offers a full‑time opportunity for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Paraprofessional with expertise in behavioral and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) training. Serving elementary school students, this role is designed for the 2025‑2026 school year, with a contract duration aligning with the academic calendar year. The location for this role is in Estes Park, CO.

Responsibilities include implementing behavior intervention plans, supporting individualized education programs (IEPs), collecting and analyzing behavioral data, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance student outcomes. The role requires direct interaction with elementary‑aged children, providing hands‑on support to foster positive behavioral development in accordance with ABA principles.

• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or equivalent behavioral/ABA training
• Experience working as a paraprofessional or behavioral technician in educational settings
• Strong understanding of behavior intervention strategies and data collection methods
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with teachers, therapists, and families
• Ability to adapt to changing student needs and maintain a positive, supportive environment

2025‑2026 School Year — Full Time — Will follow Academic Calendar

Assignment: 10/10/2025 — 11/7/2025 and may go longer
