  We provide friendly front desk support to supplement your patient communication and handle everything related to insurance and billing. Plus, our support team is on hand to answer any questions you or your patients have around administrative issues.

• Provide high quality clinical consultations with patients seeking mental health care including diagnostic assessments, psychiatric workup, treatment planning including medication management.
• Work with patients who are struggling with mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and addiction.
• Employ a variety of therapy strategies to best support the comprehensive care of your clients.
• Consistently engage in timely completion of patient requests/communications (refills, prior authorizations, clinical questions, requests for changes in their treatment plan including rescheduling), timely completion of documentation to support the financial health of both you and The Collective, and timely response to outreach from other collective clinicians, including the leaders.

• Active Colorado State Licensure as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, DEA licensing and prescriptive authority
• Experience with mental health assessment, diagnosis, triage, managing common psychiatric medication and treatment plans, and managing crisis situations that can occur during intakes or follow up appointments on occasion, and understand how to get your patient to a higher level of care.
• Looking for a full-time commitment, will consider part time without benefits
• Feel comfortable working independently and proficiently with technology, EHR, and telehealth best practices.
• No suspension/exclusion from participation in federal healthcare programs (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid, SCHIP).
• No adverse actions by any nursing board, hospital, or other credentialing body in the past 2 years.
