Always Best Care Denver is hiring a high-energy, sharp, organized Recruiting Coordinator who thrives in a fast-moving environment and takes pride in building a strong caregiver workforce. What You’ll Do- Manage a high-volume caregiver recruiting pipeline
- Source, screen, and interview candidates quickly and professionally
- Build weekly recruiting strategies and adjust based on results
- Maintain high engagement with applicants through text, phone, and email
- Prepare candidates for orientation, hiring, and onboarding
- Keep organized documentation and ensure compliance
- Collaborate with operations to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
- Interact confidently with caregivers, clients, and internal staff
- Fast thinkers who like solving problems
- Highly organized people who follow through consistently
- Strong communicators—clear, concise, warm, professional
- Individuals who love pace, structure, and accountability
- People who see recruiting as a mission-critical function, not busy work
- Candidates who want to grow their skills and career over time
- Recruiting, customer service, scheduling, sales, or operations experience
- Experience in home care or healthcare a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and people skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Tech/computer proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Teams; Well Sky a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
- Reliable transportation
- $22–$26/hr depending on experience
