Always Best Care Denver is hiring a high-energy, sharp, organized Recruiting Coordinator who thrives in a fast-moving environment and takes pride in building a strong caregiver workforce. What You’ll Do
  • Manage a high-volume caregiver recruiting pipeline
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates quickly and professionally
  • Build weekly recruiting strategies and adjust based on results
  • Maintain high engagement with applicants through text, phone, and email
  • Prepare candidates for orientation, hiring, and onboarding
  • Keep organized documentation and ensure compliance
  • Collaborate with operations to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
  • Interact confidently with caregivers, clients, and internal staff

Qualifications
  • Recruiting, customer service, scheduling, sales, or operations experience
  • Experience in home care or healthcare a plus, but not required
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Tech/computer proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Teams; Well Sky a plus)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
  • Reliable transportation
