We’re looking for a detail-driven Marketing Specialist to keep our revenue engine thriving. You’ll own day-to-day lead flow, Local Services Ads, Google Business Profile, review monitoring, and cross-team coordination so campaigns launch on time, calls route correctly, and our local presence stays sharp, especially during storm events and new market launches.
Responsibilities- Strategic Collaboration and Planning. Work directly with Head of Marketing using creative problem solving, and data driven insights to plan major strategic campaigns.
- Lead Tracking & IS Collaboration. Manage end-to-end lead capture and tracking across systems; partner with IS to maintain clean data, integrations, and dashboards.
- Field Questions & Action Items. Triage requests from other departments, locations, and brands; turn them into clear tickets, priorities, and follow-through.
- Review Monitoring. Track and respond to customer reviews; escalate service issues and surface insights to improve CX and reputation.
- Content Coordination. Schedule and traffic content requests; align writers, designers, and video teams to deliver on brief, on time, on brand.
- Google Business Profile (GBP) Management. Maintain listings, categories, services, posts, photos, UTM links, and Q&A across locations; monitor ranking and performance.
- Cross-Department Campaign Execution. Work with Sales, Ops, and IS to ensure campaigns and integrations (forms, tracking, CRMs) are launched and functioning.
- Basic Web Changes & Updates. Execute light CMS updates (copy, images, landing pages), QA forms and tracking, and coordinate larger dev requests.
- Storm & New Location Playbooks. Execute SOPs/playbooks (S&Ps) for storm events and market launches—spin up landing pages, tracking, GBP updates, and review workflows.
- Local Services Ads (LSA) Management. Own LSA budgets, targeting, creative, disputes, and performance optimization to maximize qualified calls.
- Dynamic Number Insertion (DNI) & Call Tracking. Configure and QA DNI; maintain call flows and routing rules; ensure attribution accuracy across channels.
- Lead Routing Management. Build and maintain rules to route leads by market, service, and availability; monitor SLAs and fix bottlenecks fast.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or other related areas of study from a reputable university.
- 3.5+ GPA required
- At least 1 internship at a highly reputable company, with a reference.
- 6 months - 2 years of experience in Marketing or Business
- A Marketers Mindset; be enthusiastic, and be brilliant.
- Strong project management, prioritization, and communication across teams
- Data-literate: you love clean tracking, clear dashboards, and actionable insights
- Hands-on with GBP, LSA, GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and common CRMs/call-tracking (e.g., Call Rail or similar)
- Comfortable in a CMS (e.g., Word Press) for light updates; basic HTML also a plus
- Experience with multi-location listings management tools
- Familiarity with dispute processes for LSA and review platforms
- Basic knowledge of APIs/Zapier for light integrations
