Client located in Golden, CO is seekinga Service Desk Technician for a long-term contract position. This position will participate in a call center environment handling calls from internal employees. Responsibilities will include diagnosing and troubleshooting desktop/laptop issues, printer issues,operating system issues and software issues. This position includes on-call rotation spread across the team.
QualificationsRequired Skills:
1) Windows 7.
2) Mac OSX 10.7.
3) Microsoft Office (Windows and Mac).
Desired Skills:
1) Active Directory.
2) Exchange.
4) Skype for Business / Lync.
