A reputed US IT Staffing Company based in the US,
RICEFW Technologies.

For now this is a temporary full time 4 month assignment with possibility for extension. Only local candidates will be considered and in-person interviews will be required. It is important that the selected candidate can commit to the duration of the assignment. Duties would include a blend of business analysis and PM work. One task would be to finish implementing a project to go live with a new cloud based financial transparency and analytics tool, as well as help another PM with requirements collection for a new image capture solution we will be implementing this year in conjunction with an upgrade to our content management system.

The ideal candidate will have a mix of good BA and PM skills, be eager and open to helping out here and there where needed, and have a PMP certification with some type of agile cert preferred. Following are additional requirements.

• Responsible for assisting agency executive management, division directors, and information technology (IT) staff and leading project tasks, resources, including State personnel and deliverables.
• Use appropriate project management tools, reports, templates, mentoring, training, and coaching to IT project teams.
• Work directly with agency staff, as well as vendors and, when necessary, other state agencies in fulfilling and carrying out the requirements of assigned IT projects.
• Utilize project management best practices, including risk management, quality management, change management, change control and communication.
• Manage by providing leadership, collaboration, supervision, training, guidance and support to all IT project team members on assigned projects.
• Lead the effort for ensuring agency compliance with the State’s project management policies and standards.
