Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Technology implementation Specialist for a RIGHT TO HIRE assignment with one of our premier Construction clients in Golden, CO .
ScopeThe Technology Implementation Specialist will play a key role in helping maximize the company's investment in our suite of technologies including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Copilot and other IT technologies. This full-time, hybrid position requires a proactive individual who can learn advanced product features, deliver training, and provide guidance to staff. The role may involve occasional travel and demands strong communication skills, technical curiosity, and a passion for enabling productivity across the organization.

- Become a subject matter expert (SME) on existing, and future, suite of technology products including:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, MS Copilot - Maximizing the use of company's suite of technology products within the organization.
- Develop organizational change management activities, including planning and delivering training programs to ensure successful adoption of new systems across non-technical end-users and departments
- Learn and share new features and functionality of the suite of technology products
- Track projects, communicate statuses to stakeholders, and implement corrective actions to ensure delivery of new systems
- Conduct training sessions on functionality for staff.
- Work with employees to understand challenges and recommend solutions.
- Lead training sessions and create tips‑and‑tricks newsletters for staff.
- Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for efficiency and improved workflows.
- Knowledge of AI concepts and familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
- Self-starter with ability to set and achieve goals independently.
- Curious and eager to learn new technologies and features.
- Strong communication skills; able to create engaging presentations, emails, and newsletters.

- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and travel as needed.
This position requires an Associate's Degree in an Information Technology field. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for this requirement.
