Pay From: $100,000 per year

• 10+ years of experience working in supply chain logistics management or warehouse distribution
• 10+ years of experience supporting a large warehouse or government warehouse
• Proven success of managing large warehouse logistics programs
• knowledge and skills required to plan, control, and manage and successfully complete work
• Familiarity with OSHA requirements and other health/safety requirements for warehouse operations
• Familiarity with ordering systems, logistical equipment (auto-baggers, pallet jacks, forklifts)
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to work well with a variety of team members
• Strong attention to detail and highly analytical
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to track and reach deadlines

• Help oversee and manage the Federal Program to include the handling of planning, initiating managing and closing out of programs in support of an integrated supply chain distribution systems
• Assist the Federal client in execution of targeted program goals (100% staffing levels, 95% inventory management accuracy)
• Oversee the HR actions around non-key personnel to including : resume review, interview, hiring, managing and firing
• Manage and supervise staff to receive, stock, inventory packings, and shipping of ordered commodities
• Manage and supervise daily warehouse taskings
• Monitor order to forecast and anticipate surge support
• Develop and maintain monthly/weekly personnel work schedules
• Ensure accurate timekeeping for all staff
