Line Lead – Packaging

You will independently lead and coach a 24‑hour operation in the Packaging Department in Brewery Operations, working closely with Line leads and trios. The position reports to the Sr Manager Operations – Packaging and works closely with Brewery Operational Teams.

Responsibilities
  • Successfully lead a 24‑hour high‑speed packaging line in all aspects – safety, quality, cost, production, and morale.
  • Successfully manage a diverse workforce of both salaried and hourly individuals, providing coaching, feedback, accountability, and direction.
  • Occasionally serve as the plant point person for off‑shift coverage.
  • Develop and maintain a staffing plan to ensure all business needs are met while adhering to budget.
  • Lead with authenticity, valuing and respecting differences to foster collaboration and a winning team culture.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as a manufacturing/operations supervisor.
  • Bachelor’s degree in operations, engineering, science or business OR equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of achievement in a high‑speed, high‑volume manufacturing environment.
  • Lean manufacturing experience.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to complete complex projects quickly.
  • Relationship building and collaboration skills.
  • Athleticism of accountability, integrity and honoring commitments.
  • Eagerness to learn and help others grow.
  • Exhibition of core values.

Pay and Salary Range

Posting salary range: $93,800.00 – $ (posting range provided for salary). Bonus: 15 % target short‑term incentive. Average benefit spend per employee: $23,000 (including health, dental, vision, retirement, wellness, paid time off).

We ultimately pay based on non‑discriminatory factors such as location, experience, skill set and internal equity.
