Warehouse Forklift Operator 1st Shift

Position

Permanent Full‑time Material Handler (Warehouse Forklift Operator/Driver) – Golden, Colorado.

• Hourly Pay: $20.60 (and overtime at $30.90)
• First Shift: Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday 5:00 am–3:30 pm (shift premiums may apply)
• Pay weekly

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• One year or more warehouse/powered industrial truck experience (preferred)
• Valid forklift operator’s license
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Can work independently and as part of a team, multi‑level organization
• Highly thorough, dependable, punctual with good attendance
• Initiative, accuracy under pressure, detail oriented
• Physical ability to lift/push/pull up to 35 lb, stand for long periods, use safety methods
• Flexible schedule on various shifts

• Load, pick, pack, ship, receive, forklift operation, cycle counting
• Accurate picking and packing; audit, tote induction, staging of products; load/unload trucks
• Maintain day‑to‑day paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading)
• Provide technical/maintenance support for automated packing system during core shift hour
• Perform duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract
• Other duties as assigned
