As our Marketing Analyst, you will work to support our office of commercial real estate advisors in the metro Atlanta, San Jose, and Denver areas. Analyst must display a professional demeanor and attitude, be team players, and have a thirst for understanding the commercial real estate industry in a thriving market.

• Conduct thorough contact research to assist agents in targeting the right prospects.
• Develop and design marketing brochures to showcase properties and commercial real estate opportunities.
• Perform industry research to support our agents with up-to-date market trends and insights.
• Handle various clerical and administrative tasks to streamline the agents' workflow.
• Collaborate closely with agents to ensure the timely delivery of marketing materials and research.
• Show properties to prospective tenants and buyers

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Prior experience in the commercial real estate industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in conducting research and working with data to support marketing efforts.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with marketing tools and software (e.g., CRM systems, Adobe, or Canva) is a plus.

• Full-time, 40 hours per week.

• This role is based out of our Lakewood, CO office (Denver West office complex).
