• Must be able to work during holiday weeks.
• Deliver food orders for guests based on restaurant needs.
• Ensure all food is properly presented prior to running it out to a guest and ensures guests have all they need.
• Assist with bussing tables.
• Be familiar with the art and decor in the hotel and be able to speak on them.
• Act as a spokesperson for the community and be able to recommend local spots.
• Complete side work duties.
• Assist wait staff as needed.
• Perform various other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.

• Minimum of high school education.
• Minimum of one (1) year in hotel/restaurant service role.

• Team player.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally.
• Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members.
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.
