• Communicate with customers and assist with basic sales-related tasks
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and payments
• Assist in processing invoices and managing documentation
• Provide support with data entry and internal documentation
• This position does not involve cold calling

• No previous sales experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Basic computer skills, including email, spreadsheets, and office software
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and learn quickly
