• Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility and surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activities and promote a secure environment.
• Monitor access points and control entry to restricted areas, verifying identification and credentials as required by location policies.
• Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activities, hazards, or conditions to the appropriate personnel and/or law enforcement.
• Prepare detailed and accurate written reports of incidents, activities, and observations during assigned shifts.
• Collaborate with other Allied Universal team members and site personnel to support security-related objectives specific to the food and beverage industry environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and maintain all required certifications necessary for armed security-related duties at the location.

• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license required only for driving positions.
