We are seeking an experienced and reliable Fire Alarm Installer to oversee and execute the installation, inspection, testing, and maintenance of fire alarm systems. This individual will lead a team of technicians, ensure code compliance, coordinate with project stakeholders, and deliver high‑quality installations on time and within budget.

• Supervise and lead fire alarm installation crews on job sites.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Plan daily installation activities, manage workflow, and ensure compliance with NFPA codes, AHJ requirements, and company standards.
• Install, wire, program, and test fire alarm systems including panels, detectors, pull stations, notification devices, etc.
• Coordinate with general contractors, electricians, and other trades to ensure proper integration and scheduling.
• Perform quality assurance inspections and troubleshoot system issues.
• Document installations, service reports, and code compliance paperwork.
• Train and mentor junior installers and apprentices.
• Maintain project schedule and track progress using project management tools or logs.
• Ensure crew follows safety procedures, site regulations, and proper use of PPE.
• Report progress and issues to Project Manager or Operations leadership.
• Interface with clients and AHJs during inspections or system handovers.

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training preferred.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience installing and servicing fire alarm systems, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• NICET Level II preferred.
• Denver Fire Alarm License.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA 72, local fire codes, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency with systems from manufacturers such as Notifier, Silent Knight, EST, Siemens, Gamewell, Honeywell, etc. — a MUST.
• Ability to use hand and power tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
