In the role of Senior Storeroom Attendant working in Golden, CO, you will be part of the Procurement / Material Management Team at the Brewing Materials Warehouse. This role is responsible for assuring customer satisfaction by accurately and efficiently handling all aspects of inbound and outbound material movements both physically and electronically. This role shares responsibility with the rest of the onsite team for preventative maintenance, cleanliness, security and safety.
What You’ll Be Brewing:

• Golden Brewery Purchasing Functions for Syrups, Enzymes, Filter Aids, Hops, etc.
• Assist Supervisor with Golden Brewery Material Orders/Inventories/Reports/Overall Process.
• Assist Supervisor with Hops Management – Network and Craft Brewery Communications/Create BOL’s/Pick/Stage/Verify/Load/Arrange Transportation/Update Schedules/SAP Issues/Inventory/ Logs/Overall Process.
• Assist Supervisor and Procurement and Vendor Orders/Communications. Create Orders/Arrange Transportation/Update Schedules/Update Inventory Logs.
• Hops & Other Receiving for Golden Brewery - Unload/Verify/Take to Stock Locations.
• Assist Supervisor with Hops End of Month Inventories & Audits.
• Assist Supervisor with Brewing Materials Document Management, and SOP’s.
• Assist Supervisor with UPS Shipments – Create and Ship as needed.
• Yeast Management – Inbound YDP Communications/Update Logs/Unload Trailers/Stage. Outbound Nestle Purina Communications/Create BOL's/Arrange Transportation/Update Logs/Load Trailers.
• Assist Supervisor with MMT Material Management/Overall Process.
• Assist Supervisor with Chemical Inbound/Outbound Management/Overall Process
• Execute cleaning and housekeeping of facility according to schedule to endure a clean and safe workplace.
• Effectively identify and communicate improvement opportunities to manager.
• Submit work order request for facility maintenance & repairs. Follow through with and ensure work order completion.
• All other designated computer system transactions and paperwork for shipments, receipts, & inventory management associated with the Brewing Materials Warehouse.
• Other Material Management and duties assigned by Supervisor.

Key Ingredients:

• Possess a proven track record of achievement in a storeroom environment with at least 3 years of experience.
• Ability to self-motivate and manage day-to-day responsibilities independently
• You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities. You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy
• You are confident and competent. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business
• You are serious about delivering results and take pride in a proven track record in delivering.
• You have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• You have worked with SAP previously. Purchasing experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a forklift
• Shipping and receiving experience and understand all machinery functions and problem solution abilities.
• Ability to interact positively with outside personnel including Facilities Maintenance, Transportation, Operations and Quality
• Strong computer skills and ability to apply basic math concepts
• Materials management and inventory analysis experience
• Ability to work in a cold environment (between 32° F and 55°
  
  F) for prolonged periods of time
