Position Description

Immediately hiring a permanent full‑time Shipping and Receiving associate to support our facility in Golden, CO. Pay is weekly: $19.50 per hour plus $1.50 shift differential.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent PC skills in MS Office
• SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment

Some positions require additional screening that may include employment and education verification, motor‑vehicle records checks, a road test, and/or background checks of the customer to whom you are assigned.

• Check truck drivers in and out
• Coordinate inbound and outbound loads
• Assign dock doors for inbound/outbound activity per warehouse direction and vendor assignment
• Verify the accuracy of all shipping and receiving documentation
• Partner with inventory to resolve discrepancies
• Assist in appointment scheduling as needed
• Update required reports in a timely manner
• Communicate with customers and assist with their needs
• Depending on location, may require operating equipment and equipment certification
• Other duties as required or assigned
