CV Resources is partnering with a well-established public accounting firm on its search for multiple experienced Tax Managers.

The Opportunity
The firm is hiring Tax Managers across three specialties:
- High Net Worth
- Partnerships
- Estate & Trust
Responsibilities
- Review tax returns and take primary responsibility for client engagements, including scheduling, staffing, timing, and technical issues
- Drive engagements to completion, identifying and resolving problem areas with minimal oversight
- Manage, supervise, and mentor staff through technical challenges and professional development
- Complete semi-annual performance evaluations and manage ongoing performance
- Maintain and grow client relationships through responsiveness and superb service, and work with Partners to pursue new clients
- Build knowledge in the firm's focus industries through training and continued learning
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation
- Active CPA license
- 5+ years of tax experience, including recent experience at the manager level
- Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and strong verbal and written communication skills
