• Test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment, and test drive vehicles before and after repairs.
• Identify necessary vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers of additional service needs; complete online multi‑point inspection reports.
• Document services performed and steps taken to complete each repair.
• Perform services efficiently and in accordance with dealership/manufacturer guidelines.
• Estimate parts needed for each repair.
• Follow safety rules and regulations.

• At least 3 years of experience as an automotive technician.
• Valid driver's license.
• Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated with ability to accomplish tasks with little supervision.
• Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance.
• Fast learner with good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good customer service skills.
• Team player.
• Computer literate; able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Clean criminal background and pass pre‑employment drug screen.
