Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Operate sales and finance functions with diligence and a sense of urgency.
- Cultivate a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement.
- Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction starting with early involvement and finalizing transactions.
- Monitor and analyze sales & finance performance metrics to maximize opportunities and improve results.
- Provide training and mentoring to sales staff on best practices, sales techniques, and dealership policies.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, resolving issues and ensuring long-term loyalty.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Sales Manager and/or F&I manager
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create and maintain positive relationships with customers and staff.
- Strong understanding of automotive sales processes and F&I functions.
- Commitment to achieving store goals while balancing work-family life.
