Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Operate sales and finance functions with diligence and a sense of urgency.
  • Cultivate a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement.
  • Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction starting with early involvement and finalizing transactions.
  • Monitor and analyze sales & finance performance metrics to maximize opportunities and improve results.
  • Provide training and mentoring to sales staff on best practices, sales techniques, and dealership policies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, resolving issues and ensuring long-term loyalty.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Automotive Sales Manager and/or F&I manager
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create and maintain positive relationships with customers and staff.
  • Strong understanding of automotive sales processes and F&I functions.
  • Commitment to achieving store goals while balancing work-family life.
