The Goldsboro Transitional Program ("The Farm") is looking for strong, dependable staff to guide teen boys who are working to rebuild their lives. These young men need structure, mentorship, and a solid example — they need you.
What You’ll DoAs a Youth Care Worker, you’ll be part of a tight-knit team providing daily support, discipline, and guidance to teens transitioning out of youth detention. You’ll teach life skills like cooking, budgeting, and responsibility — and even help them learn hands‑on agricultural work. You’ll be a coach, a mentor, and a steady presence in their lives.
