UNC Health Wayne is looking for a BC/BE hospitalist to join the growing Hospital Medicine program in Goldsboro, NC. This position involves delivering high-quality, team-based inpatient services. Location & FacilityGoldsboro is located one hour east of Raleigh, the vibrant state capital, and 90 minutes from the NC coast. UNC Wayne is a modern facility with 316 acute care beds and a 120+ year history.
Bed capacity:
- 38 Emergency Beds
- 4 Trauma Beds
- 4 Behavioral Health Beds
- 15 Bed ICU
- 8 Bed Labor & Delivery Unit
- 26 Bed Nursery
- 22 Bed Behavioral Health Unit
- Closed ICU
3:00pm – 3:00am (9 hours of admissions followed by 3 hours of cross coverage). There is some flexibility in shift start times.

Requirements- Graduated from an accredited Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy school.
- Internal Medicine Residency preferred.
- BC/BE
