STEP 1: Complete and submit the application in Frontline - Recruiting & Hiring. Be sure to include a copy of your High School Diploma/GED/Two-Year or Four-Year Degree/Transcript and the Effective Teacher Certificate (exempt if you hold an NC Teaching License).
STEP 2: After you complete the substitute application, please call HR Specialist at .
STEP 3: A link will be provided to you via email to complete all pre-employment and onboarding documents through Frontline-Central.
This is an electronic packet of forms consisting of pre-employment documents that are required to be completed.
Pre-employment Documents- Health Form with TB Test
- Background Check Information
- Drug Test Information
- Substitute Verification Form
- Official Transcript/ High School Diploma/GED
- Effective Teacher Training Certificate or Educator's License
Once all pre-employment documents are electronically submitted, you will receive another electronic packet of forms consisting of payroll documents and onboarding information.

Once all documents have been completed, the Human Resources Department will provide you with a New Hire Confirmation and your start date will be issued to you.
