DescriptionCarolina Therapy Connection is a therapist‑owned, private pediatric outpatient practice and certified autism center with sensory clinic locations throughout North Carolina. For the past 15 years we have provided occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, mental wellness counseling, and educational services to children of all ages and diagnoses, serving them in state‑of‑the‑art sensory clinics, community, and school settings.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to kneel, crouch, or sit on and get up from the floor to work closely with children.
- Capability to lift and carry children or therapy equipment weighing up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Efficient mobility, including the ability to walk, run, and move independently to ensure effective engagement in therapeutic activities.
- Adequate motor skills for activities such as handwriting, crafting, and using therapy tools.
- Stamina to maintain active engagement in a high‑energy, child‑focused environment throughout the workday.
- A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Clinical Doctorate in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current Speech Language Pathology license in the state of North Carolina (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Experience or interest in pediatric therapy, including working with conditions such as autism, sensory processing disorder, and developmental delays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with children, families, and a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to providing exceptional care in a faith‑based, child‑friendly environment.
- Ability to document effectively and efficiently using electronic systems provided by CTC.
- Willingness to participate in company events, team‑building activities, and ongoing professional development.
- Passion for creating personalized treatment plans and building relationships with children and families.
- Experience with feeding therapy, sensory integration, or other specialty areas.
- New graduates welcome; mentorship and guidance provided.
