, who will provide support across Wayne, Wilson, and Lenoir counties as part of our Mobile Crisis Team
.

Your Role in Our MissionAs a Family Partner, you’ll use your personal experience raising a child who has received behavioral health services to connect, empower, and advocate for families. Working as part of a mobile crisis team, you’ll provide understanding, emotional support, and practical strategies that strengthen family stability and resilience—helping parents and caregivers feel supported and capable during their most difficult moments.

This is a full‑time position with a flexible Monday–Friday schedule
, including days and evenings, to best meet the needs of the youth and families we serve.

Compensation & Benefits- Competitive hourly rate starts at: $18.00 an hour

We’re looking for a compassionate and resilient professional who uses their lived experience to guide and empower families facing behavioral health challenges. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, skilled in collaboration, and dedicated to helping families find stability, hope, and strength during times of crisis.
- Bachelor’s degree in human services field
- A minimum of two years of crisis experience with MH/DD/SA population.
- Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and a good driving record
