DSP Respite Services

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and supportive respite care services to individuals in a safe and respectful manner.
• Assist with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Engage individuals in meaningful activities that promote socialization and skill development.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with families and LIFE, Inc. team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

• Previous experience in direct support or respite care preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation to and from client locations in Goldsboro, NC.
• Valid NC driver's license
• 21 Years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED
