This role involves leading and developing teams by providing training, coaching, and feedback. You will manage store operations, financial performance, and customer service initiatives. You will also collaborate with stakeholders, support Walmart’s values, and drive continuous improvement.

• Lead and develop associate teams through effective coaching and training.
• Communicate and collaborate with all levels of associates regarding store operations and business initiatives.
• Model exceptional customer service standards and support service initiatives.
• Drive financial performance, review profit/loss statements, and manage budgeting and forecasting.
• Ensure merchandise presentation, inventory flow, and operational processes meet business goals.
• Supervise and develop associates, including hiring, training, performance management, and recognition.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, standards of ethics, and open‑door policy.
• Build inclusive high‑performing teams that embrace diversity and promote belonging.
• Apply Walmart values, including act with integrity, serve customers and members, and strive for excellence.

• 2 years of college, or 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience, or 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
• For firearms facilities:
  Completed firearms‑specific criminal background check and training.
• For ammunition facilities with state requirements:
  Holds current state‑issued Certificate of Eligibility.
• Must complete all required training and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).
• Preferred:
  Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership or related program; experience supervising 5+ direct reports with performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
