Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of the service department
  • Supervise and coach service advisors and technicians
  • Ensure top-tier customer satisfaction and handle escalated concerns
  • Monitor department performance (sales, gross profit, productivity, CSI scores)
  • Work closely with Parts and Sales departments to meet internal service needs
  • Enforce safety and compliance standards
  • Implement continuous improvements and hit performance goals



Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Service Management experience at a franchise dealership required
  • Lead by example and bring out the best in your team
  • Know how to balance efficiency with quality and customer care
  • Understand flat rate systems, workflow management, and technician motivation
  • Are confident with DMS tools (CDK, Reynolds, etc.) and OEM platforms
  • Communicate clearly and handle challenges with a calm, solutions-first mindset
  • Valid drivers license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
  • Must pass pre-employment screening
