• Demonstrate the Seegars Fence Company core values daily.
• Maintain First Aid, CPR certifications and other equipment‑operating certifications.
• Process fabrication orders daily to meet branch office needs and delivery schedules.
• Maintain all steel‑shop equipment for proper and safe operation.
• Adhere strictly to Seegars Fence steel‑shop safety and quality‑control policies.
• Meet monthly, quarterly and annual production goals.
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly activity reports as required.
• Complete all necessary paperwork.
• Observe processes continuously and seek improvements in safety and efficiency.
• Arrive to work and ready to start at 6:30 AM.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
• Follow Seegars Fence Company Policy manual.
• All applicants must undergo a pre‑employment background check and drug screen. Updates required annually if hired.
