Mt. Olive Pickle Company is seeking a skilled Packing Operator Mechanic Lead to join our fast-paced production team in Goldsboro, NC. The Lead will support the supervisor, oversee daily machine operations, troubleshoot equipment issues and drive safety, quality and efficiency across the shift.
Work schedule is Monday–Saturday during peak season, 5:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with variation based on department needs.
