Shifts Available: 7 AM - 7 PM, Monday - Thursday (Pediatric) & 7 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday (Adult)

Pay Range:

Registered Nurse (RN): $29 - $33 per hour, based on experience

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $28 - $32 per hour, based on experience

As an RN/LPN with Intelli Choice, you will provide individualized care to patients with complex medical needs, including trach and vent-dependent individuals of all ages. You will work closely with families to ensure the highest quality of care in a safe, comfortable home environment.

• Current RN/LPN license in North Carolina or a compact state
• Current CPR certification (in-person only)
• TB skin test completed within the past 12 months
