You must have an active North Carolina RN license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and recent experience in a cardiac cath lab or acute care setting. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required, and additional life support certifications may be needed depending on department needs. Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, strong clinical assessment, and communication skills are recommended.

Goldsboro is bordered by the Neuse and Little rivers, and is located within a daytrip of both Greenville and Raleigh. It's also home to the famous Seymour Johnson Air Force Base. The Cliffs of the Neuse State Park features fishing and hiking options as well as an educational nature museum. Golf fans will want to play a round at the recently renovated Goldsboro Municipal Course.
