RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Regional CAP Nurse (FT) to work in the Eastern region with a flexible schedule. The RN will assess, plan, coordinate, and monitor care for beneficiaries with Medicaid guidelines in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to promote health and safety.
Ideal candidates hold an NC RN license with 2- or 4-year degree, have case management experience in home care or related settings, and can complete NC Medicaid-certified training within 90 days.
