Position OverviewWe are seeking experienced technicians with automotive, powersports, or marine background to support our growing service department. Product‑specific OEM training is available, but candidates must already be proficient in all phases of professional technician duties, including diagnostics. This position is open to mid‑level and master technicians, with pay scaling based on experience and performance.
Compensation- Commission‑based pay plan with earning potential of $45–$50 per billed hour
- Base flat rate: $30–$35 per hour
, based on experience - Performance‑driven earning structure that rewards efficiency and quality
- Tuesday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Closed Sundays and Mondays
- Optional Mondays available for technicians seeking additional hours

- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on customer units
- Work efficiently on customer‑pay and warranty repairs
(Approx. 70% customer pay / 30% warranty)
- Accurately document:
- Required photos
- Digital multipoint inspections
- Collaborate with a dedicated parts department and lot porter for efficient job flow
- Maintain quality workmanship and productivity standards
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and management
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area
- Quality workmanship is required
- Comebacks tied to technician workmanship forfeit bonus eligibility
- Performance‑based environment focused on:

- Prior technician experience in automotive, powersports, or marine service
- Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Own basic professional tools
- Valid driver’s license
- Certifications not required (OEM training provided)
