• Perform maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of refrigeration, heating, and air-conditioning systems
• Operate independently with minimal supervision
• Develop customer relations and identify sales opportunities
• Manage truck inventory responsibly
• Complete documentation accurately and timely
• Utilize tools and techniques for system installation and repair
• Identify, troubleshoot, and repair system components
• Serve as a mentor and lead HVAC/R PM programs

• High School Diploma/GED required; HVAC-R Technical School Degree preferred
• 7 years of experience or 5 years with certification
• Valid Driver’s License, EPA 608 Certification
• Physical ability to perform job duties
• Strong mechanical aptitude and communication skills
