• Resolve warehouse inventory variances.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and improve warehouse‑managed inventory processes.
• Support Customer, Corporate, and Internal inventory audits.
• Ensure inventory compliance within the warehouse processes including record retention.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement related to inventory accuracy.
• Support Outside Receiving Reports and Inside Receiving Report processes, including data processing for virtual receipts.
• Support processing receipt corrections in collaboration with Procurement, Quality, and the Logistics Warehouse team.
• Ensure compliance with Logistics policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Production Control, Property, Logistics, Contracts, Engineering, Supply Chain professionals, and Quality.

• University degree or equivalent experience; minimum two (2) years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field.
• Experience with Inventory Control, Logistics, and/or Operations.
• U.S. citizenship required.

• Excellent communication skills to present data insights to leadership and stakeholders.
• Self‑starter requiring minimal supervision and able to manage priorities.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Logistics, Production Control, Property and Supply Chain professionals.
• Experience with SAP system environment.
• High proficiency using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Experience with property management systems and government regulations.
• Six Sigma/CORE certification (or equivalent).

Salary range: $75,800 – $144,200 USD.
