What You Will Do- Resolve warehouse inventory variances.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and improve warehouse‑managed inventory processes.
- Support Customer, Corporate, and Internal inventory audits.
- Ensure inventory compliance within the warehouse processes including record retention.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement related to inventory accuracy.
- Support Outside Receiving Reports and Inside Receiving Report processes, including data processing for virtual receipts.
- Support processing receipt corrections in collaboration with Procurement, Quality, and the Logistics Warehouse team.
- Ensure compliance with Logistics policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with Production Control, Property, Logistics, Contracts, Engineering, Supply Chain professionals, and Quality.
- University degree or equivalent experience; minimum two (2) years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field.
- Experience with Inventory Control, Logistics, and/or Operations.
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Excellent communication skills to present data insights to leadership and stakeholders.
- Self‑starter requiring minimal supervision and able to manage priorities.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Logistics, Production Control, Property and Supply Chain professionals.
- Experience with SAP system environment.
- High proficiency using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
- Experience with property management systems and government regulations.
- Six Sigma/CORE certification (or equivalent).
Salary range: $75,800 – $144,200 USD.
