That's why our mission is to make nutrition the cornerstone of healthcare so people can live their best lives. Kate Farms works to be the place where a diverse mix of talented individuals want to come, stay, and do their best work. Ensuring a diverse and inclusive workplace where we learn from each other is at the core of Kate Farms' values. We are an equal‑opportunity employer and fully focused on equality; we believe deeply in diversity of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, national origin, and all the other fascinating characteristics that make us different.
We invite you to do the best work of your life with us at Kate Farms.
We're looking for a Designer, Brand Expression who can bring the Kate Farms brand to life across every touchpoint—from digital to print, campaigns to conferences, social to sales. You are a multidisciplinary designer with strong craft, sharp taste, and a love for creating work that's both beautiful and purposeful. In this role, you will sit at the center of our in‑house brand and creative team, shaping how the world experiences Kate Farms.
WhatYou Will Do
- Design across the full brand ecosystem—consumer and HCP audiences, owned & paid channels, campaigns & toolkits, social & digital content, sales & event materials.
- Translate creative direction into cohesive, elevated visual executions that build brand consistency and distinction.
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Producer and Brand team to deliver assets that are channel‑appropriate and high‑impact.
- Support the VP of Brand (and future Creative Director) in evolving the Kate Farms visual identity and ensuring design excellence across all brand touchpoints.
- Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, and production partners, giving thoughtful direction and creative feedback that pushes work to its best expression.
- Create light motion assets and animations for social and digital channels.
- Maintain and grow our brand toolkit‑templates, visual systems, and design standards that enable scale.
- Present your ideas clearly, articulating the “why” behind design decisions to both creative and non‑creative partners.
- Supports diverse hiring and related initiatives to meet company goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience with a portfolio that demonstrates strong craft and brand storytelling.
- 4–7 years of design experience in‑house or at an agency.
- Experience in CPG, wellness, or mission‑driven brands preferred.
- Interest in nutrition and health, but brings a fresh, culturally aware sensibility that pushes our category forward.
- A design generalist with depth in craft: typography, layout, color, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Experience building toolkits and visual systems is a plus.
- Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; comfortable creating light motion and animation (After Effects or similar).
- A design thinker and maker who thrives on collaboration and creativity.
- Curious, culturally aware, and drawn to mission‑driven work.
- Strong sense of taste and visual intuition—you know when something looks right.
- Systems‑minded: you bring organization, consistency, and clarity to creative chaos.
- Comfortable moving from concept to execution, generating ideas, building campaign visuals, and collaborating on social and influencer creative.
- Strong commitment to company mission and values.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Respectfully shares and accepts feedback willingly from all levels of the organization.
