Performs a variety of functions associated with FPA thinning operations, including mounting, hand painting PR, lapping, dpt, etch, inspection, FTIR measurements and analysis, and cleaning.

• Process 200mm wafer through Lithography, Deposition, and Etch processes.
• Familiarity with operation of metrology equipment requiring analysis of data.
• Maintain detailed records such as SPC charts & data entry for Products and Equipment.
• Work in an ISO Class 6 cleanroom and be familiar with 6S principles.
• Understand clean room protocol and handle chemicals properly.
• Schedule and coordinate WIP for efficient movement of Production and Engineering priorities.
• Follow instructions on paper and digital Travelers.
• Inspect and disposition nonconforming product.

• Attention to detail, communication skills, collaboration, initiative, organizational and planning skills.
• Apply acquired job skills and company policies to complete tasks.
• Work on semi-routine assignments with occasional deviations.
• Follow established procedures with instructions only on new tasks.
• Typically require 1-2 years of related experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly and read/write in English.

$49,300.00 - $65,700.00
