Job Description

Job Summary:

Cleanroom Manufacturing Technician:
Operates a CNC Lathe with Diamond Point Turning and Carbide tools on various materials. Requires meteorology knowledge, tooling changes, and offset adjustments. Data entry into WIP tracking software and effective communication within a cross-functional team are essential. Future cross-training into FTIR may be available. Good manual dexterity, microscope inspection familiarity, and G-code knowledge are desired.

Primary

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Operate CNC Lathe with multiple cutting cools
  • Enter data into WIP tracking software
  • Maintain cleanliness in the lab
  • Measure and record tolerances
  • Perform basic preventive maintenance
  • Provide miscellaneous support functions as needed

Job Qualifications:

  • Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Clear communication skills in English (reading and writing)

Desired

Skills:

  • Familiarity with G Code
  • Experience with metrology tools like FTIR
  • Knowledge of Lean and 6S methodologies
  • Experience with Camstar or similar systems
  • Safe chemical handling procedures
  • Knowledge of cleanroom and ESD procedures
  • Applicants must be U.S. citizens, nationals, legal permanent residents, asylees, refugees, or eligible for export control licenses from U.S. Departments of State or Commerce

Salary Range:

$37,200.00 - $49,600.00
